Audited Supplier QKL105 unit is specially designed for chocolate coating. The chocolate liquid has high viscosity and easy to solidify at low temperature, so it is troublesome to use. QKL105 chocolate coating system is composed of five chocolate coating machines, storage tanks, chocolate atomization system, air cooler and pipeline transportation system. Its main function is to deliver chocolate liquid to the coating pot through the pressure of atomization pump, and spray chocolate liquid on the surface of coating master batch of different shapes in the coating pot. Because the coating pot is constantly rotating, the chocolate liquid on the master batch surface is stirred evenly, and then the cold air sent by the refrigeration system quickly solidifies the chocolate liquid on the master batch surface. After repeated spraying, stirring and curing for many times, a layer of chocolate is formed on the surface of the master batch.
